Terrible travel agency. A complete deception of tourists and sells neighboring 3* star hotels under the guise of 5* star hotels with an inconspicuous addition to anyone They also offer the most terrible insurance that does not cover anything!!! The suspicions of ignorance of the weather features were also confused, they only wanted to squeeze more money out of tourists.

I booked a two week trip to Turkey from Tez Tour several months ahead. Everything was quiet until 2 weeks before the trip, when I started getting confusing e-mails and phone calls from my agent. First I was told that I have to fly two days later than planned. Then I was told that they cannot offer me 14 days as I had booked and I have to decide in half an hour whether I want 7 or 11 days. When I told them that neither is ok and started to quickly look for offers in other travel companies then on next day Tez Tour said there was a mistake and actually I can fly for 14 days. But I have to choose another hotel - from the list they sent me - as quickly as possible. I chose another hotel which according to their list was 40 euros more expensive. The agent said ok, and then on next day she again e-mailed me saying that actually I have to pay extra 78 euros if I want to stay in this hotel. So going to a holiday with Tez Tour was really stressful and unpleasant experience. I certainly will not book holidays through Tez Tour again, and won't recommend it to anyone else.

Nice office, nice furniture, easy-going staff. But the very product needs to be exact. We ended up getting the package refunded as the hotel "has not confirmed our room". Being still available on the system/inventory. Either the destination hotel cares less about this Estonian agent or it is a catch. Catch, where you select and prepay and then you are told - it has not been confirmed, therefore you need to select another destination hotel and get suggested more expensive version with lower rating. Which becomes your problem then.
